01 - Enrolment
Our journey begins here! Enrol at NewGen Trade Schools and take the first step toward a hands-on career in the trades.
With our supportive team, you’ll start learning the essential skills and knowledge needed to excel in your chosen field.
02 - 3 Months: Completion of Theory & Practical
After three months of intensive, hands-on training, you’ve earned your first certificate. This stage combines essential theory with practical skills, setting a strong foundation in both
knowledge and technique.
You’re now prepared with the core competencies and safety
protocols needed to excel in your apprenticeship and beyond.
03 - Month 4: Start Apprenticeship
Your hands-on experience takes a leap forward as you begin your apprenticeship.
This stage is where the classroom meets the job site, giving you invaluable exposure to real work environments and practical challenges.
04 - Month 33: Complete Apprenticeship
Through 33 months of on-the-job training, you’ll develop advanced skills under the guidance of experienced mentors.
With each passing month, you’ll gain the confidence and expertise needed to tackle any task in your field.
05 - Trade Test
Prove your skills and knowledge by taking the official Trade Test.
This test is the gateway to full certification, demonstrating that you’re a skilled, qualified professional ready for a successful career in the trades.
06 - Employment!
With your training, apprenticeship, and certification complete, you’re now ready to step into a rewarding career.

How Does the Apprenticeship Work?
After completing your initial three-month training, you’ll enter a 33-month apprenticeship.
The apprenticeship is NOT PAID.
During this period, you’ll work with industry professionals, gaining invaluable real-world experience while refining your skills.

To enrol in our programs, you must be at least 15 years old.
We also encourage a passion for hands-on work and a commitment to learning.
